Abdinasir Jibril
Abdinasir Jibril, an experienced MEAL Manager WVI Somalia/Somaliland.
Before WV Somalia, he had worked with Save the Children and Health Poverty Action among other
International NGOs.
He has published a paper entitled Effect of Staff Capacity M & E in a reputable international journal and disseminated findings to many stakeholders.
He holds a Master’s Degree in M&E from Mount Kenya University and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Hargeisa.
Mustapha Ahmed
The lead facilitator for this course has extensive knowledge and expertise in GIS, particularly with the QGIS program. He has worked with several international NGOs, both as a consultant and full-time employee, focusing on the management and compilation of spatial data, as well as producing maps and visualizing project activity locations.
His experience includes organizations such as World Concern, HPA, and most recently, GIZ (the German Government). The maps he creates are valuable for monitoring and implementing projects and programs.
Khaliif Hassan
The course facilitator has over seven years of experience in WASH in emergencies, with skills in managing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating WASH projects.
He holds professional certifications from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, a leading WASH institution. His expertise extends to capacity building for local and international partners.
He possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Planning and Management. Additionally, he has completed a Project Management Specialization, earning 35 PDUs through various courses and a capstone project.
Shuaib Mohamed
The course facilitator has six years plus of supply chain and logistics experience at different organizations including Oxfam international, Africa Educational trust, and among others. He is highly skilled in complex supply & logistics in humanitarian contexts, planning procurements, warehousing, fleet & asset management, distributions& delivery and contract managements and process improvement. He also has training facilitation skills including but not limited to preparing a conductive environment, adopting adult learning principles, connecting with and respond to the needs of diverse leaners; Presenting training context in a way that is interesting and relevant for trainees and to help participants transfer & apply the skills and concepts learned. In addition, He has completed different certified Supply Chain & Logistics professional courses/trainings including but not limited to HELM (Humanitarian Essential Modules), advanced Certificate in CIPS (Charted Institute of Procurement & Supply), Train of Trainers for PARCEL (Partner Capacity Enhancement in Logistics) along with Bachelor Degree in Business administration and Master’s Degree in International Cooperation & Humanitarian Aid.
